Dzień Dobry TVN still in the heart of Warsaw

The TVN, one of the leading commercial TV stations in Poland, has prolonged its lease agreement in the M76 office building located in the very heart of Warsaw. In the renegotiation process, the building’s owner, the Austrian fund Raiffeisen Capital Management, was represented by the Knight Frank property consultancy. 

TVN Discovery Polska is the major television broadcaster in Poland, belonging to the leading Discovery media concern. By prolonging the lease agreement for nearly 1,200 sqm of office space, the company continues to be one of the biggest tenants of the building. Consequently, one of the most popular morning programs “Dzień Dobry TVN” will continue to be broadcasted from the studio located on the 9th floor of the M76 building.

“We are very pleased with the fact that such a prestigious tenant representing media industry has once again prolonged the lease agreement in M76, where he has been present since 2012. M76 is an office building located in the very heart of Warsaw, at the junction of Marszałkowska and Hoża Streets. The facility offers approximately 5,000 sqm of A-class office space. The building is characterized by excellent exposure and its location guarantees convenient access to the rest of the city. In the vicinity, there are several hotels, restaurants, shopping venues and other numerous amenities for tenants, including a great choice of venues for business meetings and after-hours events.
