Warsaw Spire C - building description
Warsaw Spire is a complex of office buildings located in Wola, at Plac Europejskie. The total area of the project is 104,000 m2, of which the largest part is occupied by offices – 96,000 m2. Property C offers over 19,000 m2, which are spread over 14 above-ground and 5 underground floors. Tenants have 1,200 parking spaces at their disposal. Warsaw Spire is a combination of functionality and innovation, using state-of-the-art techniques and finishing materials that will delight and ensure the comfort of every employee.
