Chmielna 89 - building description
Chmielna 89 is a unique building project with such original architecture. The office and commercial building will consist of 14 storeys above ground with a total rentable area of 26,640 m2. Tenants will have 114 parking spaces at their disposal in a two-level underground car park. The project will enable the use of terraces located in the northern part of the office building with a view on the centre of Warsaw and facilities such as shops and restaurants located on the ground floor.
