Being viewed as notorious for many years, Praga Polnoc was slightly forgotten by investors. Another project that follows in the footsteps of Koneser is currently being built on Szwedzka Street – Bohema Praga. Similarly to Koneser, this project is being carried out at the former plants and the buildings located there will be revitalized. The whole project will have a mixed-use character with a residential part, a modern office offer, an event and cultural space. Just near the investment, the Szwedzka underground station will be built at any moment.

Both the Praga Centrum Koneser and Bohema Praga are attracted by start-up companies that are looking for original office space in Warsaw. The rental offices offered in these projects in Praga Polnoc are a real treat for those who like to spend time actively after work.
