Ochota is located in the left-bank part of Warsaw and has an area of 9.7 square kilometers. It is inhabited by about 83,000 people, which makes it the most densely populated district of the city (8,547 people per square km). Many companies are eager to rent an office in this area. This is due to the very good communication between Ochota and the rest of the city, Poland and the world. Ochota has a well-developed network of tram and bus routes. The area has one of the largest railway stations in Warsaw (Warszawa Zachodnia). From Ochota, you can quickly get to Chopin Airport (the largest airport in Poland), which is located in the neighboring district of Wlochy, as well as the Central Station, also located in the neighboring district of Srodmiescie.
