ŁÓDŹ.WORK - building description
ŁÓDŹ.WORK is a revitalisation project of the former textile factory – Teodor Meyerhoff’s factory in Dowborczyków Street. The object on 4 storeys will offer almost 5 000 m2 of modern office space and 75 above-ground parking spaces. The investment will be completed in the first quarter of 2020. The location in the centre of Łódź ensures very good access to public transport as well as to a rich gastronomic, retail and service offer.
