Until recently, the district itself was perceived through the prism of a typical block of flats made of large slabs. Its image, however, is systematically improving. There are two important medical centers in Redlowo: the Maritime Hospital, the University Center for Maritime and Tropical Medicine and the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park.

Redlowo is well connected with the rest of the districts in Gdynia, as well as Sopot and Gdansk. In close proximity to the main artery of Gdynia – Aleja Zwyciestwa, the SKM – Gdynia Redlowo stop is located. It is also a significant improvement for modern office buildings located nearby. The Sportowa Gdynia complex was built at Sportowa Street, and the Tensor complex at Luzycka Street. Despite the fact that administratively these investments belong to the Maly Kack district, we are only a short walk from the Gdynia Redlowo station.

There are several office buildings in Redlowo, although it borders on the west with another district – Maly Kack, which in its northern part offers a fairly diverse selection of office space.
